Mobile Application - Mobile ID
(This was previously referred to as mTSP)
The MOBILE ID App provides a reliable digital identification method using two-factor authentication and transaction confirmation. It fully Integrates with the ENTRUST Remote Signing Engine (formerly TrustedX eIDAS), enabling mobile digital signatures with robust remote authorization.
Activation pre-requisites: The App is activated with the user/password credentials of a DEMO HUB pre-existing account with a Digital Certificate (in the ENTRUST Remote Signing Engine). If you do not already have a DEMO HUB account, go to the Landing page and click on the [Get started now] button (This operation creates your online Digital ID). Once you have an account, download and start the app (You will be asked to enter your user/password to activate the App by linking it to your online Digital ID).
User Profile: Access your profile and check your account data and registration status.
Online Authentication: Consent and authorize a remote signature requested by another web or mobile application.
Document Signing: Load a PDF Document from your mobile, select and position the signature appearance, sign using the ENTRUST HUB Remote Signing Engine, and save and share the document.
Optional step up of your Registration Level: Record your face biometrics to increase your account security. For example, If you recently signed up through remote web enrollment (clicking "Get started now" on the Landing page), your Registration Level will be low. Choose "Register your biometrics" on the app's home screen to enhance your account security. This will increase your Registration Level in the system and improve your Identity Assurance Level.
Optional Remote Signing Authorization: Consent and authorize a remote signature requested by another web or mobile application. Note that this flow Is not activated by default for the ENTRUST HUB Remote Signing Engine.
