Self-Management Portal
The self-management portal empowers Citizens, Customers, and Employees to remotely manage their Digital Identity form factors and link to applications securely. Users can create and manage their digital identities, including updating personal information, authentication methods, smart credentials, and digital certificates. The portal enables users to link their digital identity to various services. And secure interactions are facilitated through strong authentication, digital signatures, timestamping, encryption, and other security measures.
Admin Service Management Portal
The Admin Service Management Portal is designed for Help Center Agents, Administrators, Operators, Business Analysts, Auditors, and Security Officers responsible for managing the provided platforms and their services. The portal allows Service Teams to manage the user accounts and services offered on the platform, support end-users, add new services, configure settings, monitor performance, and handle service-related issues or incidents. It provides reporting and analytics on user activity, service usage, and system performance to aid decision-making.
MOBILE APLICATION
The MOBILE ID App, MOBILE ID+, and MOBILE ID+ VERIFIER are integrated mobile solutions that provide secure digital identification, remote signing, onboarding, and verification functionalities within the eGovernment, Enterprises, and Trust Service Providers ecosystem.
The MOBILE ID App provides digital identification, remote signing, and secure authentication with two-factor verification. It integrates with the ENTRUST Remote Signing Engine for mobile digital signatures. Users can access their profile, authenticate online, sign PDF documents, and optionally register biometrics for enhanced security.
MOBILE ID+ enables digital remote onboarding, managing smart credentials, and integrating with the ENTRUST cloud-based IDaaS. The app offers demo flows and step-by-step sequences for different use cases, including enrollment with or without prior registration. Our demo flows offer clear guidance to navigate several journeys that effectively simulate real-life use cases. Additionally, an Admin mode grants access to hidden sequences for extra scenarios.
MOBILE ID+ VERIFIER reads and checks information from MOBILE ID+ and electronic documents like National ID Cards and ePassports. It verifies identity records from the demo trustworthy database. Verification methods include QR codes, online checks with central databases, NFC or Bluetooth communication, and biometric comparisons.
