How to submit a request?

These are the available options for submitting a request:

Steps to submit a request to the ISCERT Support Center:

Go to ISCERT Support Center
Select the available support type you would like to submit (Service request, Support Request, Incident Report)
Fill out the request form and click on Send

This action will:

Create a request to the support team and will be identified by the GDII prefix
Send an email notification to the person that created the request
